I think Mack will probably hit Legendary and that's going to be how he wins this game. It doesn't even look like anyone is going to challenge even he does attempt one. Although I hope it's after Commodore shows the power of a true Sirian Doctrine and tanks in the MP environment.

I'm assuming you mean figuratively? Weren't nukes nerfed so that they're basically just regular missiles? I've never actually gotten around to using nukes in any krillmod game.
Anyway, on that note, it seems that so far dtay's hopes to spark a world war hasn't happened yet. 
Not really. mackoti would no longer see Culture as attainable before someone else got to space so would see Domination as only viable option. He would literally invade everyone he needed to to win Dom. And he'd use nukes to do it, even if nukes are altered here.
They're basically really strong cruise missiles now, right?
