TL;DR is easy: go pester dtay because he has the more interesting half of the continent.

How was the party?
Right, so I've seen this before - The expert takes over and builds a bunch of workers. I seem to remember we had two scientists in JD though - did you really whip away those?
Domestics are starting to look quite good really, it's amazing how things develop in this stage of the game when you look away for a couple of turns. Dtay is a scary juggernaut though. Let's hope the known tech bonus ruins his game. If we can hold what we've got we have a fairly big share of our 4-player continent, plus all of South Island.
