good idea but that won't work in this case. Didn't they settle on the copper?
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Don't forget Spullla will have presence in the inland sea when this war starts. He's going to be supicious when his galley/workboat scout sees Galley builds.... Does Whosit even have city up there capable of building Galleys in 15 turns?
I dunno. I think the faction that will tip this is NakMOC as they are close enough to do something, Spullla is not suspicious of him, and he's not one of the leaders in the game. Plus they haven't been tipping their hand like Jowy and Dantski have.
Just wonder how much they'll show up to the party with.

Considering that a galley is needed to transport units to the inner continent, he will probably just assume that someone else has a head start on the colonization effort.

*shrug* I'd build 2, but yeah, 4 is a bit weird.
OTOH, they don't have visibility to the Whosit cities, so how is he supposed to know hte galleys are being built? And where does he know they are being built? He may end up thinking some where built on the outer ring, and some on the inenr ring.

I agree with this to an extent. I think Whosit made a blunder in his diplomacy to Nakor by mentioning that 'a bloc is already forming and that Rome is a part of it' as excuse for not wanting an official alliance with Nakor.
If Whosit really commits to attacking India, then could Inca come to the party? He potentially has a lot to lose as Korea, and Inca could attack his cities while he is campaigning over the other side of the map - made worse if some of his galleys are sunk.

Well, I guess he would have to see them floating around the the Mare Donuteum but I don't think Whosit can hide them for all that long.
And yes, TT - I too would like to see a back stab of Rome. HRE + Korea could really do a number to Rome especially with Dantski busy. That would probably put them in a very nice position for the rest of the game.
But I think they have a T150 NAP in the works but it would be funny if it got broken. Whosit broke his first.

Plako approaches the game extremely rationally, so I doubt we will see any "drop dead" drafts or broken NAPs from his side. Whosit should consider himself lucky, if he wants to he could probably be able to cooperate with Korea later in the game, instead of having them as a constant thorn in the side.
Compare with the Byzantine conflict - the diplo fallout after the capture of Paris led the Ottomans to pursue the "final solution" to the conflict.

If spulla manage to convince Inca to help, it would make more sense to attack Ottoman, there are too much empty land to cross to reach Rome imho
