ISDG 2012 flame war

The fact that you care about apologies that would theoretically be given after being demanded for is laughable. Oh and by the way you just called him rude and a coward. Last I checked those are insults.

I am not demanding an apology, he asked what is my problem, I am saying what is my problem if he is not sensitive enough to know that when you insult someone you owe him apology.

And no, I said behavior like this is rude and coward. I am not implying he is such as nature, just acting like this in this particular case about particular person.

Feel free to fly out to Virginia, and I will gladly insult you to your face.

I'm not going to apologize for anything I said two years ago, because I meant every word of it. You think I was rude? Deal with it, that was the point. I was posting in a private forum about opposing team members who I felt were antagonizing my community.

Don't dredge up muck from many months past and expect sympathy here. I've tried to stay aloof as you've used this thread as an excuse to repeatedly provoke and criticize RB, but my patience has limits. Quit while you're ahead.

Anyway, my main point of going back through this was to clear the attitude of "we were great and the others were just dicks and thats why we lost" many of you were not the nice guys you self-perceive you were.

Of course, I doubt I will change the self-perception of those who I think need this change the most.

Peace brothers.

I doubt you will be so brave insulting me face to face, i-net brave, but anyway. I dont need your sympathy. Just dont imply you are a representative of the RB guys, as I found really nice guys in here.

Well to add a positive result of the ISDG game from my perspective anyway, it was the impetus for my bothering to make an account. I'd been lurking for a while and saw a mention somewhere (I think in some thread Soren Johnson replied to) of a new ISDG and needing to be invited into the forum to lurk it. So I made an account and asked to be added. Then ultimately wasn't b/c I didn't meet the played in a game standard. Eventually did get added after pb13 started *shrug*.

Reading what I just wrote, it somewhat comes off as criticism of the invite-rule, which I didn't intend it to be. Point being, I appreciate the ISDG for convincing me to come out of the woodwork and actually sign up for the games that I'd been lurking for... well i guess I first stumbled here around late 2011 and read PB2, but then didn't read it at all for a year and came back early 2013.

Now I'd like to take a minute right here to find out how all this got so upside down. We've got 2M who spent most of his days in CFC, just chilling and playing some Civ. Then a couple of guys who were up to no good started an intersite demogame including his neighborhood. They got into one little fight and everyone got mad. CFC thought RB had no class, yo this is bad. Is this how the people of RB are playing like? Hmm, this might not be alright. 2M didn't think so, but he'd have to see when he'd get there. Well, uh, the game ended, and when he came to RB, there was MJW looking like a cop standing and waving his name out. He popped in the thread about three or four pages in and yelled to the RB "Hey guys, what's going on here". He looked at his kingdom, he was finally there, to sit on his throne as the prince of Bel Air.
