C-Ville looks to be getting hit by a stack of 20 units. If the attack is done quickly it's dead.
Ruff, I'll answer that tonight, just got called out for a job though...

Shoudl be interesting.
Even if they don't hit a city itself their stacks should be very large. Large enough to safely make moves in Spulla territory I would think and get access to resources to burn. Spulla wouldn't be able to divert too many units to hit a raiding stack without weakening their city defenses too much at least at the start it looks like. And with the other teams working on construction and in near future being able to bring down some catapults Spulla will probably need to turn the war in their favor earlier rather than later. Once they start losing their improvements and having to pump out units their ability to research is going to disappear pretty quickly. If they lose their strategic resources and the others are determined to stay at it until their gone then they're going to be hard pressed to win if they don't take out something significant at the start and to keep their resources and improvements intact.

Nice Vid by Jowy!
But I don't still don't get why he picked a leader with Financial Trait and then builds exactly 1 lousy cottage. With those rivers criss-crossing his lands, he'd be teching like there's no tomorrow!

I'll be interested to see if there's anything they can do about what's coming... feels like it's going to be a curb stomp?

I actually think that Dantski declaring a turn or two earlier is a great move. I think that it's very likely that spullla over-react to that side, leaving them over-exposed in the north.
Even though in the thread they say they KNOW Jowy is going to attack, it will be hard to hold back from a real threat on their south

I agree with BobRoberts that the incoming forces seem very formidable -- I am really not sure how much resistance Spullla will be able to put up. Defenders have significant advantages (Antietam just popped borders again, which will help.) But their research prowess has not yet reached any significant military tech to give them a clear unit edge -- cats, LBs, xbows, maces. The CoW has moved fast enough to prevent that, so kudos to them. Could Spullla have reached such a tech, say Feudalism, if they had beelined for it over the last 10-12 turns? They are grabbing HBR now and apparently IW next; not sure I understand that one, although it would allow clearing jungle at Shiloh and might give them another source of metal. Anyone know where iron (if any) is for Spullla? Might give them another resource which CoW would have to pillage.
Spullla does have multiple cities with considerable population and a couple with pretty good hammers -- they will be able to build/whip a LOT of units once things really get going, if the CoW are unable to take the border cities quickly. Enough to avoid being pillaged back to the stone age and losing cities?
The Indian road network, possibly aided by combat fast workers, will help a great deal. But against this many incoming units?
The early declare from Dantski is going to be very interesting -- how heavily will Spullla commit to the southern front, given that they know Greece has been pumping military? Just when will they realize Kathlete and HRE are also coming? And what reaction will Whosit's praets landing by Shiloh produce?
Any turn now...this is going to be fun to watch.

I suggest someone asks Sullla to take pictures of his hair every 6 hours to see how much he rips out.

Here is a logistic puzzle for you ... - you have 4 warriors that you want to move from A to B as quickly as possble
- you also have a galley (you can start that guy where ever you like)
- A and B are both on a long stretch of coast (straight land on one row, water on the other)
- assuming no roads and no normal movement, how quickly can you move the 4 warriors 9 tiles?

If I was Dantski, I would move the unit under the chariot back to my territory, declare war, kill the chariot and move the unit back.
