We have oil. All the way over at the edge of our empire at Marsh Pit.
Out continent has none; no coal and now now oil for 4 civs.

OK, played the turn. Saving gold for a single turn to top up the coffers whilst BGN finishes Physics, then going for that which should take 4 turns. I'm hoping that TBS or Joey finish Railroad in that time. And up to 2525bpt at max.
