This is a game mechanics mistake, not a misclick. I would not agree to a reload if I were Spullla.
It's like requesting a reload because you didn't realize that your units would get booted if they shared a tile with the one you declared on.

Agreed - I would not agree to a reload if I was India (and I see about 0% chance that THEY will) and (as a semi-biased lurker) I feel they shouldn't get one either

I don't think it would be unreasonable or even "acting in bad faith" necessarily for India to refuse, at least if you look at it from their perspective. Like darrell said, it wasn't just a misclick, it was a case of not being thorough and being forgetful. I think they could easily make the argument that it's the same as "hey guys I just finished my turn but I forgot to whip a unit, can we reload so I can do that? I really was going to do it."
That said, I'd like to see a reload too for the reason darrell said, but I wouldn't view them as acting in bad faith" if they refused either... Whatever the outcome, I just hope it's handled with civility on both sides, that's all I care about really.

How is it acting in bad faith if they don't accept the request for a reload?? The way I see it is this is the move that spulla have been waiting for that can turn the tide in their favour in this war!!!

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for a ruling in my favor. Otherwise, I'll figure out something else to do. That's painful. This could be significant for the outcome of the conflict. Not that it affects whether or not a reload should be granted.

I have bolded the text I believe to be most important here - well ponted out. It was a moment and not a misclick.

Wow - this feels like it could get really quite ugly?
I do feel sympathy for Whosit - have done that myself SP and it sucks then.

The one thing that worries me is that this will again fan the flames between both sides.

Agreed.
Edt for more ellaborate: Whosit knew he had OB with India as he had an Indian Warrior walking his lands. He even decided to not close borders as to not give a hint of his intentions. It were his on sneaky ways that cought him here so I really don't think that he deserves a reload.
