I do believe fairy tale is actually two words and thus should probably not be allowed...

My spellcheck says its one word, so I said I'd allow it.

I asked Commodore before giving it, and he said it was fine as that game's admin. I've personally seen it as one word many times, so I think it's allowable. If it were two words that aren't ever pushed together I'd consider rejecting it.

Maybe we need a common standard, like a specific dictionary to check against for edge cases?

Frosty the Snowman is a fairy tale? Might as well call the Lord of the Rings one too, I think they were both created around the same time.

Fairy-tale as one word is an adjective, as in "a fairy-tale ending".

"Grass" is super-obvious for Yard, and "deck" only slightly less so. Some good possibilities for the third word, but "mole" fits with the suburban theme.
