I think the problem with Whosit's army is that he divided it to try and defend both Ryloth and Nar Shadaa. He should have sacrificed Nar to save his academy city and then strike back with a full force on the damaged attackers, possibly taking Nar back.
He's also been hugely let down by Nakor and if I were Whosit I'd be taking them to task over it. I would be surprised if Nakor gets any military aid when he gets invaded by a Dantski/Spulla stack later on. He makes token gestures of alliance rather than being fully committed.

Damn the forums are quiet today, wonder why there is no activity so far, already had 8 hours of this turn and tbh i expected alittle more activity.

Oh... my... word. I REALLY hope Spullla don't read the IT thread before athlete's post goes away!!! Slaze turning on them is a gargantuan spoiler.
I suppose it's possible that it's a big disinformation ploy, but that seems unlikely.

Athlete just posted his latest update on the Email thread! And Speaker is online and they are talking about taking India down a notch with slaze!
What a potentially fatal mistake! Poor Athlete!
Its definitely not misinformation - there is no way that its to their benefit I'm sure! If it is, then its to try and stop them aiding slaze against them but they aren't doing anything at the moment and have a nap for a few more turns!

Yes. One of other pb3 teams posted something in our thread and I got a copy in email even though by the time I got to RB he had edited it.

I had a long chat with Slaze last night and we're going to try and take India back down a notch. We'll remain at war in game and but not march against each other. This free's up my units to defend my western border (and his to attack Rome ). Then he'll supposedly help me to attack India a bit later. There are definitely some details to be cleared up but if I was to stand any chance I needed my current army available to clear India out of my lands, or atleast keep them at bay.
I'll try and post some more later (answer any questions as needed) but that's the basics of it for now.

Yeah, if you subscribe to a thread I think it automatically sends any post to you as soon as it's made, so editing is no help there... learned that the hard way with your thread in pb3 I'd be surprised if several of the teams in this game weren't subscribed to the tech thread.
Ugh... that post is about as awful a mistake as could be made. I hope it doesn't put the last nail in the coffin for this game, but I doubt it.
