Someone needs to check Pins ability to rebuild if TBS gives him JC, he whipped hard but should have solid GBP and no happy issues.
I wonder if he turns on OH? That's what I would be thinking if I was TBS and Pin gave me that peace offer.

Pin screwed up by giving Harry a treaty instead of just a cease fire. I would've offered the cease fire even if I had no previous intentions to attack because then Harry still has to think about defending in the next few turns. Or perhaps more likely I would've made the mistake in the heat of the moment as well.

I made the reverse mistake in PB18, where I interpreted OldTourist giving stay a ceasefire as a peace treaty.
I'm damned sure I'd make the same mistake as Pin here and not even recognise it as a mistake.
Come on pin. I'm pretty sure Harry is currently winning.

After that city razing, I'm not sure. Looks like TBS got a pretty major city of Harry's, and is teching Guilds; that's pretty scary. Although it looks like Pin didn't see that Harry's city was razed, so he's going to be even more worried once he realises that.

Harry said it was a crumple zone city, so he doesn't think it was all that important (even though it appears to been pretty large). Harry's position may be currently tenuous but he has the strongest current trajectory.
pindicator must have missed the city raze because Harry founded a new city on that turn as well, and I guess pin didn't inspect the score changes too closely on PBSpy.

But looking at it again I might be wrong. TBS is already teching Guilds, I didn't realize he was so far ahead. Not sure what Harry was doing still not having teched Currency before.
