Any thoughts on naufrager basically giving up Pindicator's land to Amicalola without a fight? I'm really out of practice with civ and I've never been good at the macro...
Looks like Cornflakes and Charriu are both pursuing cultural victories. Cornflakes is hoping to get one in ~100 turns, while Charriu doesn't have an ETA yet.

pretty well! It's great to be back in the country and out of quarantine, not having to go to work is fan-tastic, and I think I'm going to marry this girl before the year is out, so on the whole my mood is excellent, not withstanding my lack of Civilization.

So much this. There was a point where I was about ready to give up on my revenge plan for Amicalola and just throw everything at Naufrager because he was being such a wimp about invading a weaker neighbor.
And then he goes and practically hands my lands over to Amicalola with his last "backstab". Cherry on top: he put his siege out in the open and let Amicalola take them all out on a first strike.

Can anybody who hasn't already please check Cairo's thread out and weigh in on his reset request?

Mmm, blood, a naval decapitation, a knight deathstack, and balance of power coalitions. Fun times ahead.
Somedays lurking feel like being a Greek god in the Iliad. We watch brutal warfare from above, and throw our support behind brash, young, glory-seeking heroes for the flimsiest of reasons. Occasionally we intervene in the fighting, and rarely, get into divine slapfights that, lacking stakes, are mere comic parodies of the life-and-death struggles below. Or something like that.

Cairo not pouncing on those wounded units and killing them looks like pretty bad mistake that should make his war last longer than it should have.
