I hope to provide an updated world map in a couple of turns (like when this area is scouted a bit better), but this area looks just as inhospitable as my west. Pindicator and I may have little choice but to contest the dye jungle area.
That silk tile next to the scout might actually need to be farmed to spread irrigation to the rest of hte plains tiles. The area north of Thoth? Only coastal cities seem viable. This game is probably going to struggle to put together stacks as we generally know them, quantity just feels impossible to actually produce. Slavery is probably going to be dropped for Serfdom, Caste is almost worthless. Players will have to prioritise Monarchy. and with CS being critical, will Feud to CS be the prefered tech route? Will MC>Machinery be left for late and will knights be a slow burn with players focussing on Engineering being easier to access?

Pindicator has improved his copper. I didn't check on T39, but he settled on T32 and he researched BW on eot28 (I think, I always get the timings on graphs wrong by a turn). I saw his worker roading to his north east on T29 but he played T29 after me and T30 before so his worker and warrior could have moved all the way back to the west of his capital without me seeing them move (downside to simul turns).
I haven't seen any great jumps in top MFG (yet I doubt top MFG is Pin given but whilst I do have his graphs I don't take these every turn (for the record I take screenshots of every scout move and demographics every turn I just don't post them).
I do see the road from Morphy connecting to hte tile SW (and his worker could have moved from the tile I saw it on when I played T29, to the forest that should be roaded). The obvious second city location is 1SE of the copper (assuming it must be inner ring as I see no way he popped borders in his second city that quickly). his problem then is that he needs to pop borders to get access to the wet wheat. He has two forests. I wonder if he would be tempted by a Henge play (7 turns then the two chops) which he chould easily do if he had two workers (yet I question why he would have two workers given he could not chop before T29 and he was building his settler at that point. Maybe he went settler into worker, which kind of makes sense given he has no good tiles to grow onto. Henge might be risky, but then Pin has the only IND leader...
Current concerns, can he axe rush? He grew his capital back to size 3 eot35 and it remains at that size. Assuming he has a food tile on the fogged tiles 1S or 1E of Morphy, that is the the largest he will maintain his capital at. So he could plan double whips and if he built a PRO granary then he could quickly pop out 4 axes...but he has no granary and it would take him so long to come over, I could easily react with adjusted forest chops. And I'm AGG Sumeria, so that is a stupid idea.
I should probably be more concerned he about how he may try and contest the flood plain valley. He may try to plant a city on a plains hill either to the north or south of the valley and claim some tiles. I'll have to crack him quickly if he does that given that is the only source of food I have, but there is no simple way to dot map given where my capital is placed.
It does raise an interesting question about going IW after Writing though.

at yuris declaring war on Bing after Bing does a double whip.
It's probably just a scout move but I live in hope.

Just one of the reasons I prefer playing with score.

I think it's a useful discussion to have, about how much information a player needs, but to be honest I see graphs and demographics a bare minimum I don't think city count should be hidden. Score I could go either way on but I prefer if it's left on. Most of what it gives a player can work out if they dedicate time to monitoring demographics but it is just a hassle.

I made a mistake and got greedy, and it doesn't even need hindsight to acknowledge it was unnecessary to move a warrior onto the stone. This may be a problem, but I can hope, for this turn, that one of the lions is removed as it is after T40.
I am reconsidering if HBR is the right tech, I might want to get Masonry first.
Pin settled his third city this turn, but that suggests he settled to the north along the road he had already built. I need to go and be nosy over there (hence the greed at the start of this turn.
