Its not just the wiki, the actual in game civilopedia says one thing and the game does something else

That sure sounds like Civ 6. There's a lot of in-game documentation they just never bothered updating after patches.

Sorry, (another) day from hell on 3 hours sleep, I'm waiting to pick my wife up from the train station, the trains delayed, and I'm suffering the after effects of a covid booster and flu vaccine (to all of you on the fence, if you can get vaccinated, do it. Ive seen too many people dying due to flu and Covid). I'll try and get to the turn later.
How those of you with kids manage with no sleep though, I will never understand.

Dang, I'm almost starting to want a wellness check on the Archduke. Dude hasn't taken his turn in 4 days and hasn't logged into the forum in a week. I'm not sure there's a week that's gone by on Realms Beyond since 2017 where that's been the case.
