[Spoilers]Krill PB80 - The Long Road out of Eden

Another turn with no Manhattan, another turn there is another spare 1000 beakers found lying on the coast, another one turn tech (but Genetics!) and Commodore is preparing his victory march. Game should be over on Thursday.

Can you give more detail on the extra beakers you’re finding? Or is that you’re dropping 2f/2c coasts for 6b scientists?

Every city was on research, unless it is involved in getting an SS part completed eot239 (a couple of cities had a spare turn, so could delay a Casing to scrape through with Genetics).

Each specialist is making +2 hammers, +2 gold and +3 beakers from Emancipation/Environmentalism/Representation. Pretty much every city has +100% modifiers on all output except culture.

So I set each city to eat into the food box, and dropped 3 commerce coast (so 6 adjusted beakers), this is as FIN. Even if all the special slots were in use, a citizen was generating 3 hpt, 2gpt and 3 bpt, base, so after modifiers produced 4gpt and 12bpt. Scientists were generating 4gpt and 16bpt.

Essentially Sids Sushi generates enough food to work 8 specialists per city, and costs about 17gpt before inflation with a court house. The rest of the math should be straightforward.

How wrong I was. It never felt like a grind.

Real success I'd say for the random balance of RtR.

Yeah, the mod is a lot closer to being finished than I thought: The naval changes work. Korea is fine and Russia is buffed so whatever. We can change the religion techs as per Drama/Alphabet/Compass (although for 5 to 7 player games I do rate the fix we had here). I do kinda wish we had been able to test out nukes, and I'm not sure how I feel about corps balance but they do need to be kept for a mod like this.

And Totestra is playable with "Advanced start". I could have launched with a full spaceship after playing T240. Thoth launched his T236. You got a culture victory T239 (although I do wonder why you didn't just go back and plough straight through Pindicator after finishing off Yuri, you'd have been able to get a domination victory as well).

For all that, still want to read peoples opinions on anything that might not be working as intended.
