you know enough to avoid hurting yourself and your teammates. Others
in the game might prefer more advanced strategy than hittting the
"Next Turn" button twenty times, so being able to dig
around a little bit and "help out" the AI is a very good
thing. Please take a look at the following if you are new to the
game.

LOGISTICS

1. You have the game. (Contrast with: "I hope to get next week!")
2. You wish to play to completion. (If you aren't sure if a SG is
for you, read and follow one first. If you join up, please do
so with the full intention of seeing it through to the end)
3. Your schedule permits you to play your turns in a timely fashion.
4. You've read, and have no problem with, the list of disallowed
'exploits'
INTERFACE
BASICS
----------------
1. How to move fleets from star to star.
2. How to change the existing orders for a fleet.
3. How to create a new Starship TF (TF = Task force)

5. How to enable any owned system to create TF's.
