Scenario:
This is a reprise of a game that we first ran back in Civ3 days,
with a focus on winning by culture. It features a Large map overloaded
with extra civs, for those who enjoy games with more of an epic
feel. You will be crowded! The scoring
asks players to balance expansion, culture accumulation, and playing
the role of global policeman. Those who want to score the bonus
points will have to take some risks and go the extra mile.
