Fastest Honorable finish "wins" for each victory condition. Honorable

Epic One! Read
Epic One results You
have three weeks in which to play and write your report. Your report may contain
as much or as little detail as you like, but should at least cover the basics:
win/loss, date, method, and at least a few highlights of turning points in your
game. The more detail you include, the more that others can know about your results.
Also, for this game, you need to include whether or not stuck to the list of Honorable
tactics, or dug into the bag of dastardly tricks and to what degree. I
urge you to write your report either as you go, or to take notes, or to handle
it while the details are fresh in your mind, instead of waiting until the deadline
approaches. I'd
also like you to post a brief note in this
thread saying you're participating (to help us gauge interest as well
as let others know who all they are "up against" in the event, although
this is not required. You may also post a notice of "game completed"
or "report written" at the appropriate times, but must refrain from
ALL spoilers of any sort, no exceptions. For
example, in the RBD23 SG competition, there was some joking and minor spoilers
back and forth across the threads. Zero tolerance for that here, no info whatsoever
about the game until the game is Closed. I can't overemphasize this: don't get
yourself disqualified or wear out your welcome in the Epics by being unable to
hold your tongue until Report Day. OK? If
you have any questions or conflicts about the rules, DO NOT ASK if it will give
away any spoiler information whatsoever about the game! Make your best judgement
based on the rules, detail this in your report, and we'll address the matter later
if any rules need to be clarified or revised. Finally,
this is an Emperor game and that may be up there for some of you in terms of challenge
factor, but I urge you to give it your all, stick to it, and play it out to the
end even if things go badly. In my first game of Civ III, I lost, but I stuck
in there and had a lot of fun in the process. Good
luck and looking forward to comparing notes with you in three weeks!
