Should we assume Lvn-War will bounce with Sil-War and do we have any other option? And what could Gal do that would be useful? Rum has too many angles of attack to hold out probably. Should it support Lvn-War or try to keep A honest about Rum? Or move to Ukr to support a move against Sev in the fall?

Current plan is Lvn-War, Gal-Rum, Mos-Sev, assuming Sev, Bul S Bud-Rum
Reply

Gal-Rum will bounce a move into Rum if Aeg-Bul happens, so that should work to block.

However, that's if Austria doesn't decide to pull back immediately with Sev-Rum with Bud and Bul S: Since we're doing Gal-Rum, we don't cut Bud S Sev-Rum. Since Sev is in a lot of trouble anyway, this may not be a bad move for Austria.

Most of Italy's moves, assuming Ion-Adr, are pretty obvious:
Nap-Ion and Rom-Apu
Can we get him to do Mar-Pie and Spa-Lyo to secure that a bit?

No, and here is our best guess for orders:

f bot-stp(sc)
a war-mos
f bla s a sev
a sev h
a con s f aeg-bul(sc)

We'll see what happens. Hopefully England can outwit Germany for now...we need more time.

Of course reading this note after the moves came in gives a whole different connotation banghead

We had a pretty long convo with Germany this afternoon to try and convince him to not let Austria take Warsaw but obviously that didn't work out.

I believe we have 1 build actually but with all our home SCs occupied can't use it frown

Ger retreats to Ska, and then they'll be able to double-support Bel-Yor next turn to guarantee that the convoy gets through and really screws with England...

Can't he just Channel Convoy-Gas->Lon and Nwg->Edi to bounce any rushed naval invasion?

That's why Spring Bel-Yor is trouble. How does he cover Lvp and Edi?
Reply

He doesn't without causing other problems. He could convoy the army to Wales, or move a fleet to Clyde to cover Liverpool, but these don't really solve the issue which is that he can't both save all of England and grab one of the low countries at the same time.

He can't hold Norway, and pulling back gives up Portugal. I can't see any way England isn't forcibly down two if Germany moves the fleet in Swe->Nwy in the spring, even if it doesn't succeed for if England's fleet is still there, it can't affect Edi in the fall, and if it pulls back, a German fleet in Norway can cut support from a fleet in the Norwegian Sea.
