Lol @ Shoot now declaring a game-long vendetta against Music, who seems to be blissfully unaware of what his actions hath wrought.

well he seems pretty blissful anyway.
Let's be honest though - if Musicman had left him alone, shoot will still DOW and try to absorb as many cities as he could from the weakest player in the game at the first opportunity. Hopefully the choke will somehwhat level the playing field for musicman.

So now we start hitting the Cottage+shipping phase. mmmm

ok, is it just me... or is musicman/catwalk kind of winning this game?
ok, mackoti is probably winning (although who knows, none of his updates involve actually updating the game), but musicman is winning his island and probably beating nakor and thestick as well. he has cottages friggin' everywhere, really going to take off if his cities start growing vertically. It may have been a mistake to let him play Pacal of India, hehe.

Music ain't actually growing them. And his cities are tiny, he really needs more happy cap. Inca calls for a quick Hereditary Rule to spam cheap garrisons.
In other words, I'm confident that Mackoti will win this game
Of course mackoti will win the game. He started on the continent with Nakor and thestick...
Civilization IV: 21 (Bismarck of Mali), 29 (Mao Zedong of Babylon), 38 (Isabella of China), 45 (Victoria of Sumeria), PB12 (Darius of Sumeria), 56 (Hammurabi of Sumeria), PB16 (Bismarck of Mali), 78 (Augustus of Byzantium), PB56 (Willem of China)

He started on the continent with Nakor and thestick... well Sian or musicman couldn't have put up better resistance than those two - maybe Shoot, but he's already made plenty of mistakes. Mackoti probably got the toughest Island setup he could, but lucked out when Kyan had to drop out of the game :/. And of course you're right Nicholae, musicman will have an incredible amount of unworked cottages hehe. But if he ever does figure out how to grow his cities, he'll be a research machine. I don't expect him to beat mackoti - of course - but with sian setting ShoottheMoon so far back, there's a very good chance he dominates his island based on his leader and civ alone.

I feel really bad for Shoot. Shoot has one insane neighbour, and one opportunistic one. At least the latter actually considers if declaring war would strengthen his position!
Wow, so with Mackoti and Kyan both gone, Music's combo looks a little more broken. Still should be StM's game to lose though.
