Looks like I was wrong about the quechuas, they do lose C1 but keep the archery bonus.

Yeah, Inca basically acted like they had four traits for the first 50 turns of a game. Quechua are basically AGG warriors after all, and can fight archers. No real counter until axes and that doesn't matter that much if you get choked by them.
Well last I checked you were ranting about aggressive Inca choking everyone because they counter archers, so I figured you would keep the C1 bonus but take out the archery bonus.
