I'd wait for a sale on the complete edition even if you really want everything at once :P It's gonna happen sooner or later.
I'm more excited about the fact that Civ5 is "complete" now and they're likely already working on Civ6.

I think the best hope by far for something to replace Civ IV will be Soren Johnson's next game, whatever it is. If guys like Sirian and Sullla are suddenly on mysterious NDAs, all is going according to plan. lol
