That puts this post so far at 1,016 words, not including this sentence or anything following it. This means that, so far, I'm one of, if not the most, prolific posters in this game. Hooray!

Anyway, feel free to stick around or ded-lurk. I'm pretty new to the online Civ IV scene, but I'm a fairly fast learner and there's still some time before the game starts. I could be the dark horse, or I could crash and burn. Either way, this should be interesting...
