These assume you always get base exp. This is an overestimate since
in cats and caves your clvl >> mlvl.
However, shy characters over their depth will get more XP than indicated.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the shy or under-lvl'd character
need only "tag" (do some damage) to a monster for a full XP share.
XP received = XPmod / nEff where XPmod is adjusted for clvl vs mlvl
and nEff is the number of players who did ANY damage with an attack
form the monster is NOT resistant to.
* Regression for clvls 1-25: xp = 5000*EXP(0.263*clvl) - 6000 clvl
= 3.8 * LN(1.2 + XP / 5000)
It's worse at high clvls, for 30-45 approx is: xp = 18500*EXP(0.227*clvl);
clvl = 4.4 * LN(XP / 18,500)
Experience
sharing:
This table shows that even for pretty severe XP hogging, in an ironman
or low lvl context, the resulting difference in the clvls of a party
of three will not be that great. For example, at the end of the
church, with equal XP splitting, the characters will each be 8th
lvl, not far from 9. With someone getting 1/2 the XP and the other
two 1/4 each, the levels are 10, 6 and 6. With a major hog (75%
XP) lvls are 11, 5 and 5. Coming out of the cats, these three scenarios
are: 14,14,14; 15,13,13; and with 80%/10%/10%, it's 16,10,10.

aka Charis Factor :) = # of opponents you can expect to
face one after the other before you would die, with no healing used.
The columns
give your actual likelihood of hitting monster, blocking monster,
it's chance to try to hit you, how many actual hits could kill you.
Then how many swings you will need to kill it, how many swings it
will need to kill you, and how many unblocked swings needed to kill
you (ie in a swarm or blocklock). The #hits to kill accounts for
critical hits for warriors. These values don't consider very important
other factors, such as swing speed, secondary attack (spit, inferno),
double attacks for maelstroms, or stutter step of knights, so the
numbers tend to be worst case values. Although extreme blocklock
cases would be worse.
